Bexley New Civic Acommodation
Refurbishment of the 11,000 m², 1980’s office building in Bexleyheath, which has stood empty for five years. The appointment included the development of a 2,000 m²new build extension at the rear of the building to create offices and a flexible suite of meeting rooms, together with internal and external alterations.
Installation consisted of the following:
- Pre-cast Area: 650m²
- Installation of precast concrete panes and precast concrete copings
- Silicone and grouting works
- Main Entrance Precast installation works
- Cleaning the stone for handover
