Situated on the southern part of the existing White City Development, Gateway Central is an 11-storey new commercial building providing office and retail floorspace with a single storey basement. The Ground Floor also includes an entrance lobby and back of house areas with cycle parking and shower facilities for occupants. The Basement includes car parking, plant, and storage. All upper floors consist of B1 Offices. A screened open top plant area is accommodated on the 11th floor/roof level. Six floors of the building are pre-let to L’Oréal UK and Ireland for use as their new HQ and training academy (at Ground Floor).
