Urbanest City – Vine Street is a mixed use development comprising 629 student accommodation rooms, 5,687sqm office space, 911sqm incubator offices for start up organizations as well as an exhibition space for the scheduled Ancient Monument (Roman Wall) along with an adjoining café area.
